The public is invited to the Annual Estacada Community Roundtable Summit to be held Saturday April 12, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Estacada City Hall Council Chambers. This is a great opportunity to hear the “State of the City” address from Mayor Austin and to listen to other Community Group leaders – from schools, youth groups, Parks, Summer Celebration, Veteran’s Association, and others - share their past successes and future plans for their organizations. We will also have a guest speaker, Carolyn Campbell from the “Core Source” who will talk about some wonderful new tools you can use to keep, invigorate, and attract new volunteers that will keep your volunteer group vital and fresh to best accomplish your community based goals.

This roundtable forum will be co-facilitated by Estacada Community Foundation Chair Lisa Brookshier and Mayor Bob Austin. There will also be a light breakfast/reception beginning at 8:00 AM and healthy snacks throughout the morning. What better way to get an early start to your weekend by spending Saturday morning with your friends and neighbors as well as sharing your thoughts and ideas about great things that are yet to happen in the Estacada Community that you can be proud to be a part of.

Please address any questions you may have about this event to Lisa Brookshier or Bob Austin at 503-630-8286. We hope to see you there!
